Where: Deca + Bol in Vail Village
When: 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Attire: Comfy chic. It’s a bowling alley, so make sure you can bowl and bring socks.

Transportation: Free public bus service runs between Beaver Creek and Vail.

The welcome party will be held at Deca + Bol in Solaris Plaza in Vail Village. Join us for bowling, an open bar, and passed appetizers as we kick off the wedding weekend. All guests are invited, and we would love for you to join us.

If you are driving, parking is available at the Vail Village Parking Structure. From there, it is a short walk to Deca + Bol in Solaris Plaza.

WEDDING CEREMONY & RECEPTION – SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 19

Where: Allie’s Cabin on Beaver Creek Mountain
Attire: Black Tie Optional (tux not required)
Shuttles Begin: 4:00 PM from Beaver Creek Village
Ceremony Begins: 5:00 PM
Shuttles Depart Cabin: 10:30 PM

Our wedding ceremony and reception will take place at Allie’s Cabin, which sits at 8,755 feet above sea level. Surrounded by golden aspens and crisp mountain air, we will exchange vows in an outdoor ceremony on the cabin deck, followed by cocktail hour, a plated dinner, and dancing inside the cabin.

Because the cabin is located on Beaver Creek Mountain, guest shuttles will transport everyone to and from the venue. Shuttles will depart from a central pickup location in Beaver Creek Village beginning at 4:00 PM. Additional details on the exact pickup location will be shared closer to the wedding. Return shuttles will depart the cabin at 10:30 PM.
